Vacuum casting is a fast, silicone-mold-based manufacturing process that produces high-quality polyurethane components. It's a strong fit for early prototypes, short production runs, and functional testing that calls for precise detail and a clean surface finish.
Our vacuum casting workflow takes a design from file to finished parts in as little as 2-3 days, making it a practical choice for rapid prototyping, market validation, and low-volume manufacturing runs.
Our vacuum casting process is built for consistent quality and fast turnaround on every prototyping run
First parts ready within 2-3 days of order confirmation
Exceptional accuracy with tight tolerance control
Broad selection of polyurethane materials for any application
Lower tooling costs for small batch production
A broad material library that covers most prototyping and functional testing needs

A streamlined six-step workflow designed to deliver consistent, high-quality parts on schedule
We start with your 3D CAD file to build a precise master pattern using CNC machining or 3D printing. This master pattern sets the standard for the final part quality.
The master pattern is used to create a silicone mold through a careful casting process. Each mold can typically produce 15-25 parts depending on part complexity.
Liquid polyurethane material is mixed and poured into the silicone mold under vacuum conditions to eliminate air bubbles and ensure complete fill.
Parts are cured at a controlled temperature and time, then carefully removed from the silicone mold. Multiple parts can be cast simultaneously.
Each part undergoes a thorough quality check that covers dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material property verification.
Final post-processing including cleaning, trimming, painting, and assembly where required. Parts are carefully packaged for safe delivery.
